KB Side Bend 5x each side 5 sec pause in bottom


 

The Core Work: Covering the fundamental movements of golf

3 rounds Circuit style

Kneeling Rot Ball Throw = 8 each side

Bosu Sumo Hops = 10 total

OH Slam Ball = 8 total

Axle Bar Holds = for time

Back Bridge hold = for time

Lunge wood choppers= 12 Each side


Conditioning: Maintain positions, build endurance

Focus: intentional movement

Forward Partner bear crawls = there and back

Duel Push Cossack Squats = 10 reps together
